01 What technologies do you use?
It depends on the case. We work with REST and GraphQL APIs depending on the consumers that will use them, with frameworks like FastAPI when they fit, and we always document with OpenAPI/Swagger. We pick the technology by the problem to solve, not by trend.
02 Is everything documented?
Yes, everything is documented. We hand over the API documentation so your team, or any developer, can understand it and work with it independently.
03 What about integration with existing systems?
Yes, we integrate. In fact, it is usually the main reason for asking for an API: connecting your systems to each other. We integrate your API with the tools you already use (CRM, ERP, e-commerce, accounting and more). See also our system integration service.
04 Who maintains the API afterwards?
We have both options, depending on what we agree: we deliver code and documentation so your team maintains it, or we handle it with monthly maintenance.
