01 Does a custom platform replace my ERP or my CRM?
Not at first, though it depends on your goal. What we are after first is that your team works more efficiently and that the data makes sense: the platform is built on top of what you already have, covering the process no off-the-shelf program handles, and we take care of syncing it with your ERP, your CRM and whatever else you use. Early on every program keeps doing what it does well; the difference is that you no longer have to go into them. What comes next happens naturally, and it is our second goal: as we roll out modules and features, some tools and programs stop being useful. That is when you start saving on per-user licenses and can drop what no longer makes sense.
02 Does a custom platform help you save on licenses?
Yes, and that is our second goal. The first one is that your team works more easily and efficiently and gets the most out of your data. The savings come later, and they come on their own: as the platform takes over what several programs, tools and closed systems do today, those stop being needed and their per-seat fees go with them. The platform is yours, so adding people to the team stops being a budget decision.
03 What does it mean for the platform to be alive?
That it changes when your business changes, without waiting for some vendor's next release. A new screen, an extra field, a different report or an automation are added on the same foundation in days or weeks.
04 Can it be used from a phone?
Yes, if that is what you want. It is a web platform, so you get in from any device, phone included, with nothing to install. And how far each person gets is your call: if you would rather have certain information reachable only from the office, or only by certain roles, that is how we set it up.
05 Does the AI analyze my own company data?
If you decide to add AI, yes. It is optional: if you would rather have a platform without AI, we leave it out. Because the information is already organized in one place, we can add assistants that answer questions the way ChatGPT does but about your own data, or that summarize a period and flag deviations, always with role-based permissions and without moving the data out of wherever you decide it lives.
