01 How is this different from an audit?
At the end of the project there is a process running, not just a report. Auditing and optimization are earlier steps we also offer and that often come before automation; this service focuses on leaving the process automated and operational. You will see it live and working from the first weeks.
02 What if the process is more complex than expected?
We adapt. As soon as we spot something unexpected we tell you right away and look together for the best way to solve it, adjusting scope or timeline if needed. We would rather speak plainly than push ahead blind.
03 Do we have to switch software?
Usually not. We work with what you already have. We only recommend swapping a tool when the cost of keeping it is greater than replacing it, and that decision is a separate conversation.
04 What technologies do you use?
