About systems integration
We answer the frequent questions companies ask before kicking off an integration project.
01 Integration platform or custom development?
We use integration platforms when volume is manageable and connectors exist. Custom middleware when there is high volume, complex logic or legacy systems with no connector. We often combine both in the same project.
02 What if one of my systems has no API?
We connect it anyway. We have extracted data directly from databases, parsed automated exports and, with the client's consent, automated internal interfaces. There is a solution for almost everything if you understand the problem well.
03 What if an integration stops working?
We have failure-detection systems so any incident is caught as soon as possible and has minimal impact. With optional monthly maintenance we respond to incidents and keep integrations operational as upstream APIs change.
04 Will we depend on you forever?
No. We hand over the documentation and the credentials in your name. If you want to stay with us, the monthly maintenance is optional; if you prefer to operate it internally, that works too.
05 How long does an integration project take?
A tools integration between two systems with standard connectors usually ships in 2 to 4 weeks. Complex cases with several systems, data transformations and business logic can run to 6-10 weeks. We always scope it in the first conversation.
