Process optimization

Before automating, improve. We redesign your business processes by removing what does not add value. Real operational and business efficiency, no makeup. Process digitization when it helps, simplification when that's the right call.

Process optimization specialists

Before automating, you have to improve. Business process optimization is the step before automation: automating an inefficient process only makes it fail faster. We focus on optimizing through technology, because digitalization and automation go hand in hand: we remove steps that add no value, redistribute responsibilities and reduce handoffs. The symptoms we usually detect are bottlenecks that block the entire chain, repetitive tasks moving data between systems by hand and rework caused by incomplete handoffs.

Process optimization

We work with your team on gradual, measured changes, with no big-bang. Each iteration has a baseline and a follow-up metric to see real impact, not assumed. When it adds value, we digitize and automate steps; when it doesn't, we simplify or remove them. Real operational efficiency and business efficiency, with no makeup on the numbers.

*Required fields

Service phases

No redesign without diagnosis, no change without measurement. Four connected phases, each depending on the previous one.

01

Prior diagnosis

We start from an audit (ours or yours). No optimization without diagnosis: it would be shooting blind.

02

Redesign with criteria

We remove non-value, regroup steps, redistribute responsibilities. Apply Lean where it fits, common sense always.

03

Gradual implementation

Iterative changes, not big-bang. We measure before and after to see real impact, not assumed impact.

04

Living documentation

The optimized process is documented in a format your team can maintain, not a manual nobody opens.

Boost your company's operational efficiency

70–90%

Reduction in bottlenecks after redesigning the process.

40–60%

Fewer unnecessary handoffs and transfers between departments.

2–4 wks

Initial optimization of a scoped process.

Estimates based on projects delivered.

About process optimization

We answer the questions companies most often ask before starting a process optimization project.

01

Do you have to automate to optimize?

Automation is one of the paths, not the only one: many processes improve just by reorganizing steps and reducing handoffs. Even so, it usually pays to lean on digitalization and automation, because optimization and technology go hand in hand and that is where the result shows most.

02

When does it make sense to digitize?

Process digitalization only pays off when paper/Excel is clearly a brake on business efficiency (scaling, errors, search). Do not digitize for fashion: sometimes paper + criteria still beats a poorly maintained Excel.

03

How is this different from an audit?

The audit diagnoses; optimization implements the changes to your business processes. They usually come together, but we also run them separately if you already have a clear diagnosis.
